💬 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the friendly, professional first voice our customers hear when they call.
• Answer incoming calls, book appointments, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to schedule maintenance, promote current offers, and help keep our technicians’ schedules full.
• Help homeowners understand their options by clearly and compassionately explaining our services.
• Work closely with our service and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep detailed, accurate notes and use CRM tools (we use ServiceTitan!) to keep things running smoothly.
• Be a team player, ready to support your coworkers and contribute to a positive work culture.

• At least 3 years of customer service experience 
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• A warm, upbeat personality that people trust and enjoy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer savvy
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused without constant supervision
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, goal-driven environment
