If you’ve got 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC experience under your belt and you're ready to level up your career, this is your shot. At Johnson & Johnson, we’re not just another HVAC company — we’re a people-first, high-performance team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

We’re currently looking for a Skilled Installation Apprentice — someone who can jump in on installs, knock out the basics with confidence, and is hungry to keep learning and growing. You won’t be stuck doing grunt work all day — you’ll be part of a tight-knit install crew that’s building your skills and preparing you for the next level.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Assist with installs of residential HVAC systems (split systems, mini-splits, heat pumps, gas furnaces, etc.)
Set equipment, run wire, install thermostats, assemble ductwork, and more
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Work directly under Lead Installers who will coach and train you
Communicate with customers respectfully and professionally
Learn and grow every single day — we mean it!

✅ What You Need:

1–2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
Driver’s license and reliable transportation
HVAC apprentice license (or ability to get one quickly)
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in tight spaces
A great attitude, hunger to learn, and team-player mindset
Personal hand tools (we’ll provide the rest!)
